Last month we told you about Tradyo. A hyper-local trading app that was set to launch. Randomly we stumbled upon Tradyo and Gideon Hayden, one of the Co-founders, at the Live Green Toronto festival. He was very excited to annouce that their app was launching shortly. As of this writing their app is now available on the iTunes App store. So if you’re in need of a “Legit gas mask”, among other things, go download it.

You have some stuff to get rid of and you need to acquire some new things. Tradyo would like to help you with that. They describe themselves as “the stumbleupon of classifieds” by helping you find people in your “tradius” for you to offer up your wares in hopes of picking up something you need. This platform will be app based so you can get push notifications when someone responds to one of your ads or an offer you made to them. Tradyo is taking the online classified world and making it a little more social.
They’re currently in private beta so hold onto those old hockey cards for a couple more months.
